Terms of Service

These terms apply to the cross-border connectivity and international route subscription services provided by VPNHu. Creating an account, purchasing a plan, or continuing to use the service means that the user has read and agrees to follow these rules. If any part is unacceptable, the related services should not be used.

Service Content and Scope

VPNHu provides network connectivity resources across 90+ countries / 200+ routes, with support for Windows / macOS / iOS / Android / Linux. Routes are intended to improve connection paths for cross-border access, international websites, and related online services. The regions, route types, and client entry points available at any time are based on the service page then in effect.

The route directory may change because of data center maintenance, network conditions, resource availability, or third-party service rules. A plan grants permission to use the service within the applicable subscription period and traffic allowance; it does not guarantee continued availability of a particular region, website, or individual route.

Account, Devices, and Subscription Rules

Registration requires no email address; a username and password are sufficient. Users must safeguard their login credentials and are responsible for plan purchases, route connections, and configuration actions made through their account. If credentials appear compromised, users should change their password promptly and stop using any exposed subscription information.

The service has no device limit and may be configured on devices owned or managed by the user. Accounts, subscription links, and connection credentials must not be publicly posted, resold, rented, or shared long-term with users outside the account holder's management. Using one account to operate a resale service, distribute subscriptions in bulk, or avoid standard billing rules violates these terms.

Requirements for Compliant Use

Users must comply with the laws and regulations applicable where they are located and where the service is used, and must independently confirm that their content and usage methods meet those requirements. VPNHu must not be used for unlawful activities, infringement of others' rights, distribution of malicious software, unauthorized system access, interference with network operations, or abnormal resource consumption.

Users are responsible for content transmitted, obtained, or published through the service. VPNHu provides network connectivity and route management only. It does not control third-party website content, account policies, regional rules, or service results, and is not responsible for transactions or disputes between users and third parties.

Service Availability and Liability Boundaries

Cross-border connections can be affected by local networks, international gateways, target service policies, device configuration, and third-party infrastructure. VPNHu maintains the route directory and addresses known faults, but does not promise identical performance from every route in every network environment or guarantee that third-party services will always accept a particular exit region.

Temporary interruptions caused by scheduled maintenance, unexpected faults, upstream resource changes, public network outages, force majeure, or incorrect device configuration do not constitute a guarantee of any specific connection result. Users should choose routes according to their needs and confirm the connection status and target service rules before important operations.

Account Suspension, Termination, and Changes

If an account involves unlawful use, subscription resale, public credential sharing, malicious resource consumption, interference with service operations, or avoidance of billing rules, VPNHu may restrict related connections, suspend the account, or terminate the service according to the level of risk. System records and information submitted by the user may be used before or after action to verify account status and address disputes.

Users may stop renewing and stop using the service. VPNHu may update these terms because of changes to service scope, route management, legal requirements, or operating rules. Updated content will be posted on this page together with a revised last-updated date. Continued use after an update indicates acceptance of the revised rules; users who do not accept them should stop using the service.

Billing, Traffic, and Refunds

Monthly plans are: ¥9.9/month with 60GB, ¥18/month with 250GB, and ¥28/month with 500GB. Traffic resets monthly on the activation date, and upgrade price differences are calculated based on the remaining days. Traffic packages are: ¥158/300GB, ¥358/1000GB, and ¥658/3000GB; they remain available until used and never expire. Alipay / WeChat Pay / USDT are supported.

A full, no-questions-asked refund may be requested within 7 days of the first payment. Requests must be submitted through the user panel so the corresponding account and order can be verified. Requests outside this scope are not covered by the no-questions-asked refund commitment in these terms. If an account involves non-compliant use, resale, public sharing, or malicious service interference, the matter will be reviewed and handled under these terms.
