About VPNHu

A brief overview of who the service is for, route maintenance, issue handling, and privacy boundaries.

Service Scope

VPNHu provides cross-border network acceleration and subscription services for people who need access to international websites, use AI tools, watch streaming content, or maintain long-lived connections to developer tools. The route directory covers 90+ countries / 200+ routes and supports Windows, macOS, iOS, Android, and Linux, with no device limit. Users can choose routes based on their destination, application type, and current network conditions instead of relying on a single exit point.

Operating Principles

Route selection starts with the intended use: compare relay or dedicated routes first when stable long-lived connections matter, choose the relevant region when location matching is important, and start with a direct route for ordinary web browsing. If a connection fails, check the client configuration, update the subscription, switch to another route in the same region, and then submit a ticket through the user panel. Troubleshooting is based on reproducible information rather than unverified speed-test results.

Privacy Position

VPNHu follows a no-logs policy and does not record the content of websites users visit. Service operation and troubleshooting follow data minimization principles, processing only account details, subscription status, and information required to provide the service. No email address is required to create an account; a username and password are sufficient. Users are responsible for safeguarding their account credentials, subscription links, and client configurations. For specific data categories and retention rules, refer to the Privacy Policy and Terms of Use.
